These in-person classes combine evidence-based education with holistic strategies, including relaxation, breathing, partner support, comfort techniques, and more.     Your Teacher - Midwife-Led Childbirth Course

    As a Birth Professional, I have experienced birth in hospital and out-of-hospital settings. I teach students everything I know because there is no one birth plan for every family. All my continually expanding knowledge is accessible to you as my students so that you can truly feel educated and choose what’s best for you. I genuinely believe education and informed consent is the definition of what empowerment is.

    Parents become experts in my classroom. I will strengthen their skills and readiness every single week with plenty of hands-on exercises, role play scenarios, relaxation techniques, games, activities, and labor rehearsals. All in preparation for their birth. This is truly a complete course.
