Handwoven Rebozo made with 100%, high quality cotton, rendering a premium quality rebozo that may be used for pregnancy, labor and postpartum.

The Rebozo is a handwoven shawl used in the Central American tradition for many purposes, and is a vital companion of the woman in her life cycles. Rebozo is also a garment and used for babywearing, ceremonial purposes and traditional medicine to name a few.

This rebozo has a black colored fabric with 3 beautiful sections of wide brown diamond patterns in the tails and 3 narrower diamond patterns near the center. You can find different details and textures throughout the rebozo as well as the detailed knotting in the fringes.

Rebozo is an extension of loving hands.

These traditional, 100% cotton rebozos are custom made by the García family in Oaxaca, Mexico. Each Rebozo is an extension of loving hands.

Washing Instructions:

Wash at least once before use.

  • Preferably cold water temperature

  • Soft program/Delicate wash

  • Mild (eco) Soap

  • Dry in Shade

  • Tie the fringes together to avoid tangling (Or use a bag to protect them)

  • No bleach, Preferably no tumble dry

  • We recommend to use a laundry bag
